1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of hair care and skin care products, we only accept returns if:

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the order
• The product is in resaleable condition

❌ We cannot accept returns for opened, used, or damaged cosmetic products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used beauty products
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless faulty)

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

• A faulty product
• A damaged item
• An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• We recommend using a trackable delivery service
• We are not responsible for lost return parcels

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, standard return conditions apply.
